Square DOT®

Average Mode sets Square DOT apart from other alarm thermometers. Most ovens and pellet smokers fluctuate around their set temperature ?? often swinging 20?C30??F above and below the target. Instead of reacting to every spike when you open the lid or when the heat cycles. Square DOT displays a rolling 15-minute average of your cooking environment. The result is steadier adjustments. more consistent heat. and better outcomes ?? especially for breads. roasts. and longer cooks where temperature stability matters.

Square DOT is a two-channel alarm thermometer built to give you a clear picture of what’s happening during longer cooks. Monitor your food and your oven. grill. or smoker at the same time ?? or track two proteins ?? with independent high and low alarms that notify you when attention is needed. Insert the probes. set your limits. and let Square DOT handle the monitoring while you focus on the rest of the meal. Commercial-grade Pro-Series? probes and a large backlit display deliver reliable data at a glance.
